Inquisite is a tool for collaboratively organizing and analyzing research data using proven techniques developed for archival management and social networks. At its core, it is a system of tools designed to streamline and encourage the formation of open research communities, to build data more collaboratively and critically, and to take advantage of overlapping data points in the historical record of the city.

Currently in development in collaboration with Whirl-i-Gig and with the support of NYU’s Instructional Technology Support and NYU IT, Inquisite will be made available for testing to the NYU teaching and research community once completed. Learn more about the project at inquisite.org.
